This page summarises the key terms of our membership plans. Binding provisions are set out in the membership agreement you e-sign at registration.
Commitment periods
- Day passes and cards: no commitment; the 10-day card is valid for 6 months from purchase.
- Flexible and dedicated desks (monthly): no commitment; written notice 30 days before month end is enough to cancel.
- Annual prepaid plans: paid upfront for 12 months; unused months are not refunded on early termination, but the membership can be transferred to another person.
- Private offices: minimum 6 months; you can change offices at the same location when your team size changes.
Pausing a membership
Monthly plans can be paused for up to 2 months a year; the keycard is deactivated and no fee is charged during the pause.
Payment and invoices
Prices exclude VAT. Invoices are issued to your company name as e-Invoice or e-Archive. Automatic card renewal is on by default and can be switched off at any time.
Deposit
No deposit is taken on flexible or dedicated desk plans. For private offices one month's fee is held as security and returned at the end of the agreement.
