The Yankı community brings hundreds of people with different working rhythms under one roof. The rules below apply to everyone and form an annex to the membership agreement.
Work areas
- No phone calls on quiet floors; use the phone booths.
- Meetings take place in booked meeting rooms, not in shared areas.
- No video or music without headphones.
Guests
- Members may host up to 3 guests a day provided reception is notified in advance.
- Guests may not enter keycard-controlled areas without a member escort.
Shared areas and kitchen
- Place your cups and plates in the dishwasher.
- Food in the fridge is cleared every Friday at 17:00.
- Pets are allowed only at locations marked pet friendly and with the community manager's approval.
Safety
Your keycard is personal and non-transferable. Do not block emergency exits or fire equipment. Report anything suspicious to reception or the 24/7 security line.
Repeated breaches may trigger the warning and termination procedures in the membership agreement.
