A dedicated desk means a desk in the shared area reserved only for you, an ergonomic chair and a lockable mobile pedestal. You can leave your monitor, documents and personal items and pick up where you left off each morning.

How it differs from a flexible desk

  • A personal desk labelled with your name, plus a lockable drawer and locker
  • 24/7 keycard access including weekends and public holidays
  • 10 hours of meeting room credit and 300 printed pages a month
  • Business address use, official notice acceptance and mail handling
  • Extra monitor, standing desk or laptop stand on request at no cost

For company founders

Being able to show a business address is the first need of most founders. Dedicated desk members can request a lease agreement and address document from the location manager. We recommend confirming the paperwork needed for company registration with your accountant beforehand.

Prices exclude VAT. There is no commitment; pay annually and get two months free.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a commitment period for membership?
There is no commitment on monthly flexible and dedicated desk plans; cancel with 30 days' notice before month end. Private office agreements run for at least 6 months.
Do prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Your invoice is issued to your company name as an e-Invoice or e-Archive.
Which locations is my membership valid at?
All plans are valid at all 8 locations in Istanbul (Levent, Kadıköy, Maslak), Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Eskişehir. A private office is tied to your chosen location, but you can use flexible desks in other cities.
Can I use the coworking address as my business address?
Business address allocation is available to dedicated desk, private office and virtual office members. We advise confirming with your accountant or the relevant authority that the address suits your activity.
How does meeting room credit work?
Every plan includes monthly hours (flexible desk 4, dedicated desk 10, private office 8 per person). Unused credit does not roll over; extra hours are 450 TRY + VAT.
