There is no commitment on monthly flexible and dedicated desk plans; cancel with 30 days' notice before month end. Private office agreements run for at least 6 months.

No, all prices exclude VAT. Your invoice is issued to your company name as an e-Invoice or e-Archive.

All plans are valid at all 8 locations in Istanbul (Levent, Kadıköy, Maslak), Ankara, Izmir, Bursa, Antalya and Eskişehir. A private office is tied to your chosen location, but you can use flexible desks in other cities.

Business address allocation is available to dedicated desk, private office and virtual office members. We advise confirming with your accountant or the relevant authority that the address suits your activity.

Every plan includes monthly hours (flexible desk 4, dedicated desk 10, private office 8 per person). Unused credit does not roll over; extra hours are 450 TRY + VAT.

Yes. You may host up to 3 guests a day provided you tell reception in advance. For larger groups we suggest booking a meeting room.

The Kadıköy, Alsancak, Nilüfer, Antalya and Eskişehir locations are pet friendly with the community manager's approval. Pets are not allowed at Levent, Maslak or Çukurambar.

On monthly plans you can pause for up to 2 months a year; your card is deactivated and no fee is charged.

Each company gets a separate VLAN, with a guest network separated and a firewall in place. Personal data is processed under KVKK; details are in our privacy notice.
