Data we process
- Identity and contact details (name, national ID or passport number, email, phone)
- Company and invoicing details (company name, tax number, address)
- Keycard logs and CCTV footage
- Booking, payment and support request records
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to conclude and perform the membership agreement, to invoice, to secure our buildings, to meet legal obligations and for our legitimate interests. Commercial electronic messages such as event announcements and newsletters are sent only with your explicit consent.
Transfers and retention
Data is shared only with payment institutions, e-invoice integrators, building security providers and authorised public bodies. CCTV footage is kept for 30 days; contract records are kept for the statutory retention periods.
Your rights
